- Identify and report equipment faults and understand failure modes.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of how mechanical and operational equipment functions.

- Conduct plant inspections, record log entries, and monitor operational performance.
- Report unsafe conditions and at-risk behaviors to the Shift Process Controller (SPC), Process Artisan, or Foreman.
- Collect and process samples in accordance with scheduled timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following housekeeping protocols.
Minimum Requirements to Apply
To qualify for the Enaex Africa Learnerships in 2025, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science is required.
