Are you unemployed and looking to build a career in the fast-growing call center industry? Our Call Centre Learnership Opportunity in Cape Town is designed for youth aged 18 to 27. This fully funded learnership program equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in customer service, making it a perfect springboard into the workforce.
Learnership Overview
This learnership program combines both theoretical and practical training to prepare learners for a successful career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. Over a total of ten months, participants will spend 4 months in a classroom setting focusing on theoretical knowledge and 6 months in the workplace, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
Key Learnings Include:
- Effective Communication Skills: Master the art of clear and effective communication with customers.
- In-Depth Product Knowledge: Understand the products you’ll be representing, enabling you to assist customers more effectively.
- Phone Etiquette: Learn the best practices for maintaining professionalism over the phone.

- Call Center Tools and Systems: Get hands-on experience with the software and tools commonly used in call centers.
