About the Coca-Cola Sales and Marketing Learnership 2025 (NQF Level 4)
The CCBSA Sales Learnership 2025 is a structured 12-month training program that leads to a National Certificate in Marketing (NQF Level 4). It combines theoretical classroom instruction with practical, on-the-job experience in various sales and customer service roles.
This learnership is specifically aimed at young, unemployed individuals who are passionate about the commercial sector and eager to gain industry-ready skills.

Minimum Requirements for the Coca-Cola Learnerships 2025
To be eligible for the Coca-Cola Beverages Learnership, applicants must meet the following educational and general criteria:
Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate with:
- A minimum of 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- At least 40% in two South African languages
- A diploma or degree in a related field is an advantage but not required
- A valid driver’s license is beneficial but not mandatory
General Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
- Must be available full-time for the entire 12-month programme
- Candidates who have not completed the same qualification or learnership previously
- Employment Equity (EE) candidates will receive preference, in alignment with CCBSA’s transformation goals
