About the Sasol Administration Learnership 2025

Sasol’s Administration Learnership Programme 2025 is a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at empowering people with disabilities through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The programme focuses on building core administrative competencies and improving workplace readiness in a professional, inclusive environment.

Key Learning Areas Include:

  • Business Operations & Customer Service
  • Basic Computer Skills & Digital Literacy
  • Business Accounting Fundamentals
  • Communication Skills & Mathematical Literacy

During the on-the-job training phase, learners will perform various administrative tasks while supporting department managers, gaining real-world experience to help build a lasting career in business administration.

Minimum Requirements:

To qualify for the Sasol Learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a South African citizen
