Learnership Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and responsive customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services, products, and policies.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions at once with exceptional attention to service quality.
  • Follow all internal policies and comply with standard operating procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Age: 18–27 years old
  • Residency: Must reside in the Western Cape
  • Citizenship: South African
  • Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not employed in the past 6 months in the BPO call center industry
  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics
  • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • Tax Compliance: Must provide SARS Tax Clearance Confirmation
  • Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English
  • CRM Experience: Advantageous but not required
  • Travel: Able to commute to Century City and Mutual Park (Cape Town)
  • Availability: Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous Learnerships: Must not have completed any prior learnership programme
