Learnership Overview
As a learnership participant, you’ll gain practical work experience and industry-relevant skills while providing top-tier customer support across various communication platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services, products, and policies.
- Manage multiple customer interactions at once with exceptional attention to service quality.
- Follow all internal policies and comply with standard operating procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18–27 years old
- Residency: Must reside in the Western Cape
- Citizenship: South African
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not employed in the past 6 months in the BPO call center industry
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Tax Compliance: Must provide SARS Tax Clearance Confirmation
- Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English
- CRM Experience: Advantageous but not required
- Travel: Able to commute to Century City and Mutual Park (Cape Town)
- Availability: Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous Learnerships: Must not have completed any prior learnership programme
