This 12-month retail internship programme offers hands-on work experience at BUCO stores, a leading chain in the hardware and building materials sector.
About the Buco Learnership Programme 2025
This retail learnership provides structured workplace training and real-world exposure in a fast-paced retail environment. Successful candidates will gain valuable skills that could lead to future employment opportunities within The Building Company or elsewhere in the retail and building supply industry.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the BUCO Learnership 2025, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be under the age of 35
- Have a Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Have limited or no work experience
- Not have participated in a W&R SETA Learnership previously
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
While not required, the following skills are considered advantageous:
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
