Coca-Cola Learnerships 2026 Now Open in South Africa (All Provinces)
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering exciting Learnership Opportunities for 2026across all South African provinces. This 12-month learnership programme is designed for unemployed South African youth who are eager to gain practical sales, merchandising, and customer service experience within a world-class FMCG environment.
This structured, work-based learning programme equips learners with valuable commercial, sales, and customer engagement skills, preparing them for long-term career opportunities in the beverage and retail industry.
Learnership Job Description
The Coca-Cola Learnership provides hands-on training focused on servicing customers, growing product volume, and executing merchandising standards across direct and indirect retail outlets within a defined geographic area.
Learners will report to the Sales Account Developer and work closely with sales teams to support daily operations while gaining exposure to the full sales and distribution process.
Key Stakeholder Interaction
Learners will interact with:
- Sales Team Members – Collaborating on daily tasks and sharing sales knowledge
- Sales Account Developer – Receiving training, guidance, performance feedback, and safety instruction
- Consumers – Understanding customer preferences and buying behaviour to support effective sales strategies
Key Duties and Responsibilities
In-Store Execution & Merchandising Excellence
- Execute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets
- Implement Coca-Cola visual merchandising standards, stock rotation, and in-store displays
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and quality in line with RED standards and execution scorecards
- Complete iRED surveys accurately and on time
- Assist customers with placing orders via the MyCCBA platform
- Support promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales
- Provide relief support when required, as instructed by the line manager
Minimum Requirements and Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Coca-Cola Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40% pass)
- Grade 12 with English and one additional language (minimum 40% pass)
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must be an Employment Equity (EE) candidate
- Available to work six (6) days per week
- No criminal record or adverse credit record
- Must consent to criminal, ID, and qualification verification
- Not currently enrolled in another learnership or full-time studies
- Must not have previously completed the same learnership or qualification
- Valid Driver’s Licence (advantageous and may be required for store visits)
- A post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing will be advantageous
Learnership Duration and Qualification
- Duration: 12 months
- Learners must complete a minimum of 120 credits to qualify
- The programme combines practical workplace experience with formal learning
