Minimum Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the ABSA Human Capital Internship Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid South African ID
  • Possess a relevant Degree or NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Currently completing or have completed a Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Have a clear criminal record and a good credit history
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
