About the Amathuba Learnerships Programme
Old Mutual Group is regarded as one of the largest financial institutions in South Africa. They have been giving South African people opportunies to help them within this industry. Amathuba Learnership program is one of the opportunities that old mutual has been giving to people. This Learnership program is offered in accordance with the Employerment equity that is only black individuals who are disabled allowed to apply.
Requirements
The requirements listed below must be met by all individuals in order to qualify for the application. All individuals must be between the ages of 18 and 25 and must be a citizen of South Africa. All applicants must be based in Cape Town in order to be considered.
- Individuals must hold a valid ID document or ID book
- Individuals must be currently unemployed
- All candidates must have a valid Grade 12 certificate
- Individuals must have passed Grade 12 with English ? 50%, Maths Literacy ? 70% and
- Pure Maths at 50% or higher
- Individuals must also have passed their second official language with a 50% or higher mark

Individuals must kindly make sure all documentation is certified, all fields of the application completed in full and that all contact detail is up-to-date before submitting the application.
Late applications, incomplete or those missing documentation will not be taken into account . Once individuals are selected and a shortlist is formed those individuals will be contacted and asked to complete a written assessment and undergo an interview.
