| Job Description |
Purpose of the job: To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and plant on site. Includes Electrical and mechanical support Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Technical support and Troubleshooting according to maintenance schedule at all Premier Mills. Responsible for the Preventive Plant Maintenance of Premier Mills On the job training Plant and system upgrades / Project management System maintenance Essential Function 1: Safety Management • Adhere to all site PPE, safety requirements, safe operating procedures and work instructions. • Attend safety training, safety meetings, inductions, medical examinations, and safety talks. • Adhere to Lock out and permit procedures. • Planned job observations completed. Essential Function 2: Maintenance support • Perform planned maintenance on all Premier Mills. • Complete all planned preventative maintenance work orders. • Perform overtime duties when required. • Prepared to assist with projects. • Provide mentorship training assistance for apprentices. Essential Function 3: Maintenance management • Maintain availability of plant. • Execute tasks according to standards (no rework/comebacks). • Control job execution times (actual vs. estimate). Essential Function 4: Administration • Capture feedback and time data on all completed work orders. • Record all spares required or used on job cards. • Completion of sanitation reports. • Do all required equipment and tool inspections and complete necessary inspection reports. Essential Function 5: Housekeeping and Other • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area through regular housekeeping activities. • All machines and tools must be maintained in a clean and operational condition. • Adherence to timekeeping is essential. |

Experience: • 5-7 Years in relevant trade – Fitter/Fitter and Turner |
