Are you passionate about starting a career in the insurance industry? AVBOB, in collaboration with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority), is offering exciting AVBOB Learnership opportunities for 2025. This 12-month learnership programme is designed for unemployed South African youth who are eager to gain practical skills and work experience in the long-term insurance sector.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.
AVBOB Learnership Programme 2025 – Key Requirements:
To qualify for the AVBOB Learnership 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Must have completed English and one of the following subjects: Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, or Accounting
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
- Must not have participated in any previous learnership programmes
- Not enrolled in any current studies or academic institutions
- Owning a smartphone or laptop will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- South African citizenship is required
