Job Purpose
The main goal of the Better Champion Learnership is to:
- Welcome and assist clients in the branch.
- Coordinate the branch flow efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Help clients use ATMs and other self-service banking channels.
By the end of the programme, participants will have gained the skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to become successful Service Consultants within Capitec Bank.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Ideal Experience: Client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Minimum Knowledge:
- Basic numeracy and calculation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A clear understanding of personal goals and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Familiarity with bank branch operations.
