Job Purpose:

To provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Deputy Director and the section, particularly in managing site development and building plan applications.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Grade 12
  • Experience: At least six months of relevant working experience in administrative support services
  • Skills: Computer literacy

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the submission and approval processes for site development and building plans.

  • Manage bookings for building inspections and update the system accordingly.
  • Maintain and archive records of building and site development plans.
  • Assist with file retrieval and maintain the filing system.
