What Does the Programme Offer?
The programme blends classroom-based learning with on-the-job practical training in one of Clicks’ retail stores. Throughout the 12-month programme, learners will receive:
- Formal training in retail operations.
- Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals.
- Real-world work experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- A recognised NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator occupational qualification upon successful completion.
Minimum Entry Requirements
To be eligible for the Clicks Youth Employment Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Aged between 18 and 29 years.
- Must have passed Grade 12 / Matric.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a team environment.
