Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure visits to all appointments made for customer recruits.
- Coordinate the account application process until complete.
- Source new business to develop active buying customer base within the General Trade channel.
- Introduce Clover within the General Trade channel to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Ensure the minimum of 125 customers are onboarded / recruited on a monthly basis.
Provide and Support ongoing excellent service to customers.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all customer queries are attended.
- Ensure that customers are notified on accounts opened.
- Liaise with Sales Reps and Area Manager on all onboarded customers.
- Coordinate the customer hand overs process to Sales Reps and Area Managers
- Record and report feedback on customers not recruited: reasons for rejection.
