Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting Sales Learnership Programme aimed at equipping unemployed youth with vital skills for success in the fast-paced commercial sector.
If you’re passionate about marketing, sales, and customer service, this is your chance to gain a National Certificate in Marketing (NQF Level 4) and kick-start your career with a leading beverage company.
About the Coca-Cola Sales Learnership
This 12-month learnership provides practical and theoretical training in key areas of the sales environment. Successful applicants will be based in various CCBSA regions and report to the Team Leader: Sales.
Key Learning Areas Include:
- Sales operations and commercial exposure
- Customer care and customer management
- Marketing principles and merchandising standards
- Business communication and management fundamentals
The programme is designed to help learners understand how to grow sales volume, manage customer relationships, and implement merchandising strategies within assigned geographic areas.
What Are the Requirements?
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12/Matric certificate with:
- At least 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- At least 40% in two South African languages A Diploma or Degree is advantageous A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage
- Must not have completed the same qualification/learnership previously
Other Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate
- Must have been unemployed at the time of application
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must be available to commit to the full 12-month programme
