In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
- Contribute to revenue participating in parts sales
- Ensure compliance ensuring all sales are quoted and invoiced in accordance with the established processes and procedures
- Contribute to warehouse operations by participating in inbound and outbound activities
- Ensure customer service excellence by driving customer satisfaction and providing feedback
- Data Interpretation
- Consolidates and distributes sales reports
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
- Some experience in admin, warehousing and/or retail
- Some experience dealing with customers
- Communicates effectively
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education / NQF Level 4 qualification
