Department of health invites young unemployed individuals who meet all the necessary criteria to apply for ICT Internships programme 2024
Requirements:
- Matric plus a National Diploma (NQF 6) qualification in ICT or ICT related field. No experienced required.
Duties:
- Responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems, and helping develop solutions. Assist in supporting PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software. Recording activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service. Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes. Assist in setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees.
