Requirements : 

  • Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Good communication, numeracy, arithmetic / mathematical skills, interpersonal skills, conflict management, time management, flexibility and operational planning skills. Ability to work independently, in groups and work under pressure. Basic computer skills.

Duties :

  • Management of daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, management of human resource admin duties, management of pharmacy documents and filing them in a chronological order as per the pharmacy SOP. Administrative duties for the pharmacy infrastructure and assets and administrative duties for the procurement of non-pharmaceutical items.
