What You’ll Do In Your Customer Service Internship:

  • Provide first-level contact and support for customers seeking administrative and technical assistance, resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and within specified timeframes.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer solutions or alternatives through research.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to higher support levels as necessary, maintaining proper communication protocols and documentation.

What We’re Looking For In A Customer Service Intern:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Tech-savvy
  • Matric certificate

Requirements

  • You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You’ll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only!

Schedule:

  • 8 hours Monday to Friday
