Basic Requirements
Individuals who interested to be part of this program must meet all stipulated requirements. Individuals must be under the age of 24 and must also be unemployed. Here we have listed some of the stipulation, yet, there may be others as well, and these will be stated on their website and the application once their learnership program opens.
The basic stipulation may include the following:
- Individuals must have a valid ID book or document
- Applicants must hold a Matric or Grade 12 certificate
- All individuals must hold a diploma or degree in the field of application
- Candidates must have had Physical Science and Pure Mathematics as subjects
- All individuals must be able to work well with others and as part of a team
- Individuals must show great problem-solving skills
- Work at Engen is in many areas a high-risk and candidates who apply must be willing to accept this if they apply.
Application process
Engen Learnership online applications are made available every year. Interested individuals must visit Engen company’ website for more information regarding the application. Opportunities offered by this company are specifically For Graduates. Only selected individuals will be contacted. Individuals who do not hear from Engen in a month or two after the applications have closed can assume their application has been unsuccessful.
