Successful candidates will be placed within the LimLanga Cluster Business Unit and will undergo structured workplace training designed to enhance their technical and professional capabilities.

About the Eskom Contact Centre Learnership
The Eskom Contact Centre Learnership Programme is designed to equip learners with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in customer relations, communication, and service excellence. Through this comprehensive training, participants will gain valuable exposure to Eskom’s customer service environment, learning how to manage queries, resolve issues, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Skills and Competencies Required

Key Responsibilities
During the Eskom Contact Centre Learnership Programme, learners will be expected to perform and learn through various customer service-related tasks, including:
- Managing inbound customer interactions and inquiries
- Performing back-office administrative activities, including non-technical dispatch and follow-ups
- Participating in outbound customer campaigns and proactive communication initiatives
- Supporting marketing, sales, and customer service operations
- Assisting with vending, prepaid electricity, and EasyPay systems
- Contributing to service improvement projects and overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Eskom Learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following educational and qualification criteria:

A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in one of the following fields (minimum 240 credits):
