The TFG Health and Safety Internship Programme is a 12-month structured work experience opportunity, focused on developing future leaders in health and safety compliance within the retail sector. Key Responsibilities for Health and Safety Interns
As a Health and Safety Intern at Foschini Group, your core duties will include:
- Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety procedures across TFG locations.
- Conducting risk assessments and safety audits in office and retail environments.
- Supporting the design and delivery of safety training programs for staff at all levels.
- Participating in incident investigations and compiling detailed safety reports.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Collaborating with different departments to enhance health and safety culture across the group.
- Preparing and distributing safety communications, newsletters, and awareness materials.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

- A completed SAMTRAC certificate or a National Diploma in Safety Management is mandatory.
