To deliver efficient administrative function on order to process administration transaction accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per job requirement. 

This exciting profile requires a person with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the vision and change journey to inspire motivate an initiative and organising skills. 

Reporting to the Dealer Principal and liaising with the back-office team daily.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth running of day to day dealer ship administration.
  • Preparing documents and reports for the DP.
  • Control consumables.
  • Reception relieve / duties.
  • Processing of all monthly expenses.
  • Following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Verifying all PC invoices.
  • Handling of petty Cash.
  • Daily cheque requisitions for dealership to be sent to Back Office.
  • Assist with Vehicle Invoicing when necessary.
  • Manage traffic fines.
  • Manage fuel account.
  • Assisting and liaising with Financial accountants.
  • Safekeeping of records and cheques.
  • Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Report deviations from processes and policy to the Dealer Principal.

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping.

  • 1 years of experience in the automotive retail environment.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within automotive retail environment.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • A strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work and willingness to work flexible hours including on weekend ‘s and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
  • The willingness to learn, be cheerful, with a positive attitude
  • Bilingual is a requirement. 
  • Operating system – Kerridge Experience is required.
