This structured internship is ideal for students who have completed S4 or S5 and are required to gain practical experience (P1/P2) in order to graduate. The learnership includes exposure to real-world projects in biometallurgy, offering you an opportunity to work with leading scientists and researchers.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Mintek 2025 Work Integrated Learnership, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must have completed S4 or S5 in one of the following fields:
- Chemical Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Analytical Chemistry
- A strong academic record (minimum 60% average)
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Keen attention to detail
