Purpose:
To deliver customer liaison and controller support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
- Record and report on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.
- Ensure all stock is managed in accordance with company/OEM/Importer policies.
- Ensure key control according to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure PDI has been conducted before delivery to client.
- Ensure that all documentation is processed accurately and correctly.
- Provide effective risk management during the receiving and movement of stock.
- Receive stock, quality check and process stock on system.
- Source stock according to requirements and ensure timeous availability.
Requirements:
- Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04
- 2-3 years experience in a similar environment
Skills and Competencies:
- Computer Literacy Proficient.
- Industry legislative compliance/ knowledge.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and warehouse environment
- Valid driver’s license
