Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Nestlé YES Learnership, you typically need to meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have completed a relevant qualification (e.g., Matric, diploma, degree)
- Be unemployed
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
Requirements for Nestlé YES Learnership Programme:
- Completed Matric
- Retail Management or Equivalent Qualification will serve as an advantage.
- A good and strong communicator (Fluent in English)
- Strong reasoning ability
- Good numeracy skills and good analytical skills
- Team player (Cross Functional)
- Self-starter and Service Oriented
- Be prepared to work retail working hours.
- Highly tenacious, Self-disciplined, Results-focused
- Good Presentation Skills, Strategic and Proactive
