NWK invites young talented individuals who meet all the necessary requirements to apply for Learnerships programme 2024.

Are you ready to take the first step towards becoming a skilled millwright? Epko Oil Seed Crushing is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are practically oriented, have a preference for working with their hands, and aspire to excel in the field of millwrighting.


Minimum requirements:

  • National senior certificate (NSC) with full matriculation exemption.
  • Mathematics level 6 (60%+).
  • Physical Sciences level 6 (60%+).
  • Subject to final grade 12 marks: Transcripts of Grade 11 and Grade 12 marks must be submitted for consideration.
  • Residency requirement: Candidates must be situated in Lichtenburg.

  • Millwright (electromechanical) qualification: Obtain a valuable millwright trade qualification.
  • Path to a promising career: Excelling in our program could lead to a fulfilling career as an Electromechanical Millwright. The
    successful incumbent will be required to work for Epko for a term of five (5) years post qualification.
  • Quarterly travel funding: We understand the importance of family, so we provide financial support for you to visit home on a
    quarterly basis
