This fully accredited learnership programme offers a combination of theoretical training and practical, hands-on experience on active construction sites—an ideal opportunity for technically inclined individuals with a strong interest in occupational health and safety.

- 4 months classroom-based learning (Cape Town)
- 8 months practical, on-site training in real construction environments

Minimum Requirements
To apply for the Occupational Health and Safety Learnership 2025, candidates must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have a Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Possess an N6 qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Be fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
Preferred Competencies and Advantages
- Strong interest in construction and health & safety industries
- Ability to communicate in an additional South African language
- Proven leadership skills or potential
