The Small Business Development Agency, known as SEDA, is looking for interns to join a 12-month paid internship programme – reporting to the Manager: Technology Transfer.
The purpose of the internship programme is to provide appropriate and relevant work experience which is in line with the intern’s qualification.
Key Performance Area
- Assess small enterprises for the benefit of TTF
- Develop business cases for the adjudication panel
- Administer the technology transfer fund nationally
- Establish and maintain an accurate database
- Verification of supplied technology received at the client’s premises
- Contribute to the review of TTF policy and processes
- Conduct impact analysis on the technology intervention on beneficiaries
- Conduct TTF awareness workshops
Required Minimum Qualification
- Matric and a three-year tertiary qualification (N6) in Commerce/ Project Management/ Technology/ Engineering
- A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Commerce/ Project Management/ Technology/ Engineering would be added as an advantage
There is no minimum required work experience.
