SRD Grant Payment Dates For This Week

The South African Post Office (Sapo) has announced this weeks’ payment dates for the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant. Beneficiaries are urged to first wait for confirmation via SMS whether their grant is available for the month of March.

Recently, the South African Post Office (Sapo) announced this weeks’ payment dates for the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant beneficiaries.

This applies to beneficiaries that collect their money at any Post Office, PicknPay, or Boxer supermarkets.

Payment dates are regularly released on the Post Office’s official platforms, including Twitter and Facebook pages via @PostOfficeSA.

Sapo has advised beneficiaries to wait until they have received an SMS confirming that their grant is available before they visit their post office.

The last three digits of your ID number show the day of the week when you can visit the Post Office:

28 February: 082 & 087

1 March: 083 & 088

2 March: 084 & 089

3 March: No payment date

4 March: No payment date

Sapo has clarified that grants are only available to approved beneficiaries.

Beneficiaries ought to wait until they have received an SMS confirming that their grant is available before they visit their post office.
