About the Takealot Learnership Programme

This learnership is structured to develop 21st-century workplace skills, with 80% of the focus on digital marketing and Takealot Marketplace operations, and 20% dedicated to broader small business functions.

Participants will also receive consistent support, guidance, and performance tracking from dedicated Takealot programme coordinators.
