About the Takealot Learnership Programme

Job Title: Digital Marketing Learnerships
Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-Term Contract)

Monthly Stipend: R5,500
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day)
Work Location: Various locations across Gauteng townships and urban centres
Employer: Local SMMEs (Not Takealot directly, but companies operating on the Takealot Marketplace)

This learnership is structured to develop 21st-century workplace skills, with 80% of the focus on digital marketing and Takealot Marketplace operations, and 20% dedicated to broader small business functions.

Participants will also receive consistent support, guidance, and performance tracking from dedicated Takealot programme coordinators.
