Job Description

Job Requirements
- Unemployed individuals only
- Qualification equal or not lower than Grade 9.
- A passion for agriculture and plant production.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical conditions.

- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with plant production activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Participate in crop management and maintenance tasks, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
- Learn about soil preparation, fertilization, and pest control techniques.
- Follow safety and environmental protocols when working with plants and machinery.
- Gain hands-on experience in nursery management, plant propagation, and cultivation.
- Maintain and operate basic plant production equipment as required.
