Food Lover’s Market is recruiting an Environmental Analyst responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, reporting and monitoring of the groups environmental performance in order to promote sustainable development in line with the Earth Lovers strategy
Duties And Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the data collection and maintenance of environmental data across the Group
- Check data for inaccuracies and resolve discrepancies by utilizing the appropriate channels
- Compile and assist in the collation of information for various monthly report submissions
- Run with certain projects and give administrational support where needed
- Assist with communications and awareness campaigns when needed
- Working with the Development and Projects team to ensure
- FLM environmental criteria is implemented to drive operational efficiencies in all new store openings and refurbishments
- Supporting the development and implementation of environmental strategies, action plans and targets that ensure corporate sustainable development with a view to increasing operational efficiencies and reducing costs in line with Earth Lovers strategy
Qualifications And Experience
- Experience: Other
- English
- 2 – 5 years work experience
- Experience in the technical aspects of environmental management
- Degree or higher national diploma in an environment-related subject
- Genuine interest in and understanding of environmental issues
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- The ability to take the lead on projects
- Commercial awareness: the ability to work within commercial constraints
