Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

- Merchandise the store according to Truworths’ MBP (Merchandise Business Principles)
- Process payments and purchases using the POS (Point-of-Sale) system
- Assist with opening new customer accounts
- Monitor and control stock losses to protect store profitability
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service
- Help maintain customer security and store safety at all times
