Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive administrative service, ensuring timeous and accurate service delivery.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are performed to the highest level of quality standards
  • Compile monthly reports and ensure that completed adhere to governance and legislative requirements
  • Administer and supervise electronic information system
  • Identify and resolve queries and problems timeously, apply discretion in line with provided guidelines and escalate unresolved problems
  • Support financial processes and adhere to specified standards, policies and SOPs to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources and escalate associated risks.
  • Contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships and enable exceptional customer services and ethical conduct

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma in Administration
  • Computer literacy
  • Code EB driver’s licence
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
