Department of health Gauteng invites young unemployed individuals who meet all the necessary criteria to for administration clerk vacancies 2024

Salary: R 202 233.00 per annum.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12. Computer skills (Certificate). Must be prepared to work shifts. Good communication skills. Good customer care. Must be able to work under pressure and with difficult patients. Problem solving skills. Be able to release corpses should the need arise and be punctual.

Duties:

  • Registering, admitting, billing and tracing patients using SAP HIS system. Opening patient files during downtime using manual measures and registers. Making bookings for patients Filing patient files. Retrieving patient files. Handling patient monies and other belongings. Doing headcount statistic. Ordering of stock using VA2.

Notes:

  • Prospective applications must please use the new Z83 which is effective from 1st of January 2021 form and it must be fully completed. Curriculum Vitae with a detailed description of duties and names of two referees who are current/ Previous supervisors.
