| Minimum Requirements | Accounting diploma or advanced certificate (NQF 6) Matric/Gr 12 Intermediate level of excel skills SAP knowledge essential 2 years’ experience in a corporate finance environment Proven work experience as a financial administrator or similar role Fixed assets experience would be advantageous |
| Duties & Responsibilities | Ensure the capitalising Fixed Assets Process the disposal with and without proceeds of fixed assets Assist the Assistant Manager: Fixed Assets to run the monthly depreciation run by company code Review and capture the Asset transfers (excl. Orion) Processing of all Orion assets (process particular to Orion assets) – Transfers and invoicing Internal order creation and management for all approved capex projects and stores Assist with the fixed asset register review. Comparing the fixed asset register to BPC/BPP and SAP, investigating any differences. Prepare profit or loss reconciliation based on reporting requirement Run and distribute Depreciation Forecasts to accountants Assist Capital Management team with audit requests |
